Please note, that as per Income tax regulation (U/s 269 st & 271 DA), we cannot receive Rs 2 Lakhs and above in cash per day. Hence any amount above this remitted for your treatment will have to be paid by DD/Net Banking/Debit card/Credit card.
Requests for change in name, address, date of birth, chart merging, issuing of hospital numbers etc. cannot be done on requests sent by post or email.
This can be done only when the patient / relative comes to MRD in person along with a valid proof of change in sociological data requested.
